The price of the accommodation includes the following: 
Electricity, linen, cleaning, hot water, central heating and Wi-Fi access.

Checking in and Payment
When checking in you are obliged to provide the receptionist with your valid passport or national Identification document upon check-in for registration purposes. You will pay for your stay at check-in and will receive an Invoice right away. Payments can be made by cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro Cards.  All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason.

When booking a private room, pets are allowed. 

Acceptance of Children
We welcome children of all ages if they are accompanied by parents or guardians. A baby crib can be provided if arranged prior to your arrival.  

Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your holiday if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation.  If this was not possible or unacceptale to you then we would refund the entire amount paid for the stay. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Your accommodation will be available to you from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms.

Late arrival procedure
Our reception is open 24 hours. However, please ensure you contact us no later than 11:59 p.m. to let us know if you will be arriving late.  Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or the full cost of the room being charged to your credit card. 

Cancellation Policy and penalties 

Free cancellation is possible 2 days before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or a no show, we will charge you a cancellation fee equal to the costs of the first night.

For reservations between 29.12. - 02.01 free cancellation is possible 14 days prior to arrival date. In case of late cancellation or a no show, we will charge you a cancellation fee equal to the costs of the entire reservation. All the reservations between those dates will be charged in full on the given credit card 2 weeks before the arrival. If the credit card is declined we will notify you to update the credit card details within the next 3 days. If we don't receive the updated credit card details we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Please be ready to leave the accommodation at 11 am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged. If you would use any additional services they can be paid upon departure where you will receive a suitable Invoice.

Eating take away meals and drinking alcohol in the room is not allowed as they can leave after smells and can cause staining if the food comes into contact with linens, mattresses and etc. You can eat and drink in our common rooms. No additional connections of large consumption electrical, heating or cooking devices (e.g. electrical cooker, space heater, toaster and similar) are allowed due to increased fire hazard

All our rooms and common places are smoking free. Smoking is allowed in front of Hostel Tresor. Please dispose the cigarette buds in the provided ashtrays or other appropriate places. Please be advised that there are smoke detectors everywhere in the hostel and while triggering the alarm to go off will have a serious financial consequences. Individuals or groups responsible for such an act will carry all the costs that are associated with it including charges by the fire department.

Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may ask you to pay for any damages that you might have caused.

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Privacy Policy
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s).  With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.  We will not share your details with any third party.
