Due to the containment and management of the COVID-19 epidemic, Hostel Tresor is closed for guests from Saturday October 24th 2020 until further notice, based on the decree on restrictions on the supply and sale of goods and services to consumers.

 

New guests may exceptionally use accommodation services, if you are:

- person in need of accommodation due to economic activity,

- person performing public service activity in Slovenia,

- foreign citizen who comes to Slovenia for business reasons, are representative of diplomatic missions or member of state delegations,

- person who is referred for treatment by health care provider or is referred to perform medical activity in an accommodation establishment,

- athlete, sports professional or person performing supplementary professional work in accordance with the Sports Act.

 

In all cases, the payer of the services must be an employer/business entity.

 

If you find yourself in one of the exceptions written above you will fill out a special form upon arrival, which we will keep together with the necessary certificate proving your justified accommodation exception, in case of an inspection.

 

Please note that our reception is currently open during the week days from 07:30 to 12:00. If you wish to check in outside office hours, please agree to pay within these hours. In this case you will be received by our volunteer, so please call him about 30 minutes before arrival on the number +386 51 645 664. If you use WhatsApp you can also login to our wi-fi (user name: HostelTresorGuests; password: checkoutat11) and contact this number through it.
