We are planning summer and autumn events in our hostel and we are opening the door to new sounds of young aspiring DJs who would like to have their permanent residence at our place. What exactly does this mean? It means that you are part of our musical story, you have a permanent space to create your own music, as well as some additional benefits that belong to a house resident.

What are we looking for?

 

• We are looking for new DJ sounds with various genres (from house, techno, drum'n'bass to rock'n'roll). It's important that you have your own unique style that you want to improve/sharpen and for that, need a suitable space to express yourself.
• Have you tried your DJ skills somewhere and have been heard by others besides your friends? It’s great if you already have musical channels that you can share with us and where we can see your way of expressing yourself and your musical taste. 
• We are looking for someone who is interested in co-creating events, has a creative streak that comes in handy when setting up new events, someone we can ask for advice and s/he becomes our music consultant in designing programs.

 

 

What do we offer?

 

• Special exposure as a resident DJ through all our digital networks.
• The title of the first resident DJ of the largest hostel in Ljubljana with the announcement, presentation and interview on the website of the Tresor hostel.
• A spot at all planned events of the Tresor 44 project (weekly performances in September - 4x).
• Vouchers for overnight stays in the Tresor hostel for you or your friends (use for up to 12 nights).
• 1x free use of the atrium of the Tresor hostel until the end of 2020 for any own entertainment, projection, promotion or activity. You will receive active support from the Tresor team in organizing the events.
• Exclusive one-off performance of a personal DJ residency in October, November and December in the atrium of the Tresor hostel.
• Welcome package hostel Tresor.

 

 

We are expecting your application by Sunday, August 23th, on our e-mail events@hostel-tresor.si.

With the help of an expert commission and hostel staff, we will select 3-4 individuals on the basis of applications, with whom we will conclude an agreement by the end of 2020. On Thursday 27.8. we will announce at a special August Tresor 44 event which DJs received residency. We are looking for unique, diverse, energetic and interesting individuals who will fit into our team. Join us and help make the new era even more magical, colorful and flourishing. :)
